Invoice
If the payment is done by you, by your personal credit card or bank transfer, the invoice will be automatically issued with the personal details of the participant and cannot be modified. It is not possible to issue invoices to a name different than the holder of the credit card or bank account via which the payment was done.
If the payment is managed by your University or Organization, please fill in the registration form with your own personal details and provide the Company details in the billing information section.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests shall be sent via mail to the Organizing secretariat.
In case of cancellations received within 10 Gennaio 2027 the refund will be for the whole amount minus € 50,00 for administrative expenses
No refund is foreseen for cancellation requests submitted after January 10.
